These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Internet sites ("HKAPC Sites") of Hong Kong Air-conditioning Parts Centre ("HKAPC"); by using the HKAPC Sites, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. HKAPC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore visit this page regularly to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
Purpose and Use
The content and information posted on the HKAPC Sites are for informational purposes only. Information on products and services may pertain to limited geographic areas and markets.
No Offer
None of the content and information posted on the HKAPC Sites may be deemed to constitute an offer by HKAPC. HKAPC expressly reserves the right to decline any request made on basis of the content and information of the HKAPC Sites for a tender by HKAPC.
Orders for HKAPC products cannot and may not be placed over the HKAPC Sites.

Any unauthorized use of content or information posted on the HKAPC Sites and any unauthorized reproduction, retransmission or other use of any part of the HKAPC Sites may constitute an infringement of HKAPC's or third parties' copyrights, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
No Liability
HKAPC's liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
HKAPC will not be liable for, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, claims of third parties, delay damage or punitive damages resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the HKAPC Sites or any linked Internet site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not HKAPC knows of the possibility of such damage.

The information that HKAPC collects and stores during your use of the HKAPC Sites is used to monitor use of the HKAPC Sites and to help the further development of the same. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
